The Annual Report not only provides an overview of the highlights and achievements of this year, it also serves as a means of demonstrating the contribution made by the Department in supporting the government’s commitment to providing for a safer South Australian community. This report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Public Services Act 2009 , the Finance and Audit Act 1987 and the Correctional Services Act 1982 (the Act). It also adheres to the guidelines provided in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet’s ‘Circular 13’ document.
