History

Armavir State Pedagogical University (ASPU) is a pedagogical, scientific, methodological and cultural center of Krasnodar region. The Academy is located in Armavir city – one of the most picturesque and original cities in Krasnodar region, named after the ancient capital of . Krasnodar region is famous, rich, beautiful and interesting southern region in Russia. It is located near by one of the most unique places in Russia – the and Mountains. The region hosted winter 2014, hosts Formula 1 race and the venue for the Football World Championship in 2018. ASPU implements the training of teachers for the general and pre-school education in the basic educational programs of the Higher Professional education: undergraduate and graduate specialties. ASPU is the only independent pedagogical institute of Krasnodar region, leading his history as a university, since 1948.
