4. Adverse Weather Arrangement Due to the present unpredictable weather conditions in Hong Kong, we would like to inform you of the arrangements we have made if bad weather occurs on Registration Day, during camp, or on the last day of camp.

Typhoon Signal No. 1 The camp will continue as usual.

Amber Rainstorm Warning / The camp will continue as usual, but outdoor activities will be suspended. Your Red Rainstorm Warning / child’s safety is our utmost concern. Thunderstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No. 3 If the signal occurs on the Registration or Departure day, Assembly and Pick Up will happen as planned. Please arrive at Noah’s Ark/gathering location on time.

Black Rainstorm Warning / Before Camp – Registration Day Typhoon Signal No. 8 or If the warning is hoisted 2 hours before the 0900, the camp will be temporarily above postponed. When the Black Rainstorm Signal / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered, our office will send an SMS to you via the ‘mobile phone’ contact on the camper’s registration form to advise you the new registration time.

In general, we will follow the following guidelines:

If the signal is lowered  before 9:00 am, normal registration times apply;  after 9:00 am but before 3:00 pm, registration will commence at 5:00 pm on the same day;  after 3:00 pm, registration will be held on the following day using the same time schedule as the original registration day.

Please make every effort to get your child/children to camp once it is safe to travel. We will do our best to adjust the schedule to make up for any lost time. Please note that due to the tight schedule of our U.S. staff, there are no ‘make- up’ sessions of SuperCamp.

During Camp Camp will continue, but outdoor activities will be suspended. Your child’s safety is our utmost concern.

We hope that this additional information clarifies any possible worries concerning bad weather conditions during the course of camp. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our office at (852) 3411 8584.
