Professor Jayanti Jagdeb is the former Professor of Philosophy of the P.G. Dept. of Philosophy, Utkal University. She has also served as the Director of the School of Women’s Studies in Utkal University. She has a brilliant academic career. She obtained her Ph.D Degree from Utkal University and has to her credit Ramesh Chandra Sinha a number of research publications in different fields of Philosophy.
