Lauderdale, Florida (FLL) Miami, Florida (MIA) First option, and usually the most cost effective option is to fly into Nassau International Airport (NAS), which has recently been expanded and renovated. Once there, travelers can make a relatively inexpensive short 15 minute connecting flight with one of the three airlines that provide regular service to Eleuthera: Pineapple Air (recommended), Southern Air (recommended) and BahamasAir. These airlines do not code share with any carriers coming into Nassau, so travelers will need to book these flights separately. Many guests also choose a private charter from Nassau to ELH. We recommend Bahamas Hoppers, Trans Island Airways (conventional and seaplane), and Sea Bird (Seaplane). When they provide service American and Delta are the best options flying direct into ELH.
