Matters from Qualifying; Following an investigation and admission by Brad Jones Racing (Car #21) to a breach of Rule D12.5.9.1 failing to exit the Pit Lane in the correct order, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine. Other Matters – Meeting Rides; Following an investigation and admission to breach of rule by Josh Kean Car #21, failing to comply with Schedule D3 Rule 3.1.1 Red Flag during the Meeting Rides, the Stewards imposed a fine of $5,000 with $3,000 suspended until the 31/12/2016. P a g e | 1 INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY – NO REGULATORY VALUE STEWARDS SUMMARY UPDATE OF PENALTIES Stewards Update #1 - issued Saturday 16th April at 1215hrs Matters from Practice 2; For exceeding the Pit Lane speed limit, Car #15 Adam Marjoram was fined $350 (46kph) Following an investigation and admission by Matt Chahda Car #18 to a breach of Rule D3.1.4 crossing the Control Line more than once, the Stewards imposed a $2,000 fine with $1,000 suspended until 31/12/16. Matters from Practice 1; The following Drivers were fined for exceeding the Pit Lane speed limit; Car #62 Alex Rullo - 57kph ($500) Car #21 Josh Kean – 54kph ($500) Following an investigation and admission by Alex Rullo Car #62 to a breach of Rule D12.5.9.1 failed to exit the Pit Lane in the correct order, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine.. After reviewing broadcast footage of the Incident and consulting the DSA, the RD determined that there was no evidence of a breach of the Rules by the Driver of Car #18. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed a 5 second Time Penalty on Car #12, Fabian Coulthard, for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Schedule B2 (Careless Driving) following contact between Car #12 and Car #2, Bryce Fullwood, at Turn 14 on Lap 15 as a result of which Car #2 was pushed wide and Car #12 gained a position. Matters from Race 17: Race Director Incident Determinations There were no determinations. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards issued the following Penalties during the Race in each case for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Shcedule B2 (Careless Driving): - A 5 second Time Penalty on Car #55, Jack le Broq, arising out of an Incident at Turn 6 on Lap 23 when Car #55 locked brakes attempting to overtake Car #15, Rick Kelly, causing contact with Car #15 as a result of which Car #55 gained a position; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #25, Chaz Mostert, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 34 when Car #25 made contact with Car #8, Nick Percat, as a result of which Car #8 spun and lost positions; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #35, Garry Jacobson, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 37 when Car #35 made contact with Car #3, Macauley Jones, which caused Car #3 to spin.

Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The following penalties were imposed during Race 19: • A 5 second Time Penalty on Car 2, Bryce Fullwood, for a Pit Lane Infringement (unsafe pit release). • A 15 second Time Penalty on Car 3, Tim Slade, for a Driving Infringement (failing to leave racing room for Car 2 on the exit of Turn 13 on Lap 25). Following a post-race DRD investigation into a report received from Supercars Technical during the Race, and an admission by Matt Stone Racing Pty Ltd, that during its compulsory pit stop, Car 35’s brake lock mechanism was not engaged in compliance with Rule C11.4.2.1, the Stewards imposed a fine of $250 on Matt Stone Racing Pty Ltd. Following a post-race DRD investigation (instigated following a request received from Blanchard Racing) and an admission of a breach of the Code of Driving Conduct by Car 2, Bryce Fullwood, the Stewards imposed a penalty of the addition of 5 seconds to the Race Time of Car 2 in Race 19.

The Stewards were advised by the DSO the investigation from Round 2 involving Paul Morris Car #67 and Chris Pither Car #42 resulted in an admission to Breach of Rule careless driving, by Paul Morris. The penalty of a loss of 15 Series points was imposed by the Stewards. Friday 10th July, 2015 Practice One; 1100hrs to 1140hrs – 40 minute session. The session was Red Flagged at 1129hrs to 1133hrs for Car #7 Brett Hobson who was stranded in the sand trap at Turn 11. Todd Hazelwood Car #35, was fined $350 for exceeding the pit lane speed limit, recordingSAMPLE a speed on the Pit Lane Speed Report (timing loop) – 48kph. Following an investigation and an admission to a Breach of Rule Schedule B2, Rule 6 failed to observe the Blend Line on exiting the pit lane by Phil Woodbury Car #11, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine. Following an investigation and an admission to a Breach of Rule D5.1.8 failing to leave Pit Bay in Pit Lane order by Matt Chahda Car #18, the Stewards imposed a $500 fine. The Final Results were issued at 1300hrs Practice Two; 1405hrs to 1445hrs – 40 minute session. There were no issues from this session. The Final Results were issued at 1600hrs The Stewards DVS Summary Update #1 was issued at 1700hrs.

Matters from Race 2: Race Director Incident Determinations The DRD consulted the DSA and reviewed Hawk Eye footage in connection with the following incidents during the Race: - Contact between Car #15, Rick Kelly, and Car #35, Garry Jacobsen, at Turn 14 when Car #35 was on the outside of Car #15 at the exit of the Turn and was pushed wide into the tre barrier; - Suspected but not established contact between Car #3, Macauley Jones, and Car #2, Bryce Fullwood, at Turn 11 when Car #2 left the Race-Track, and determined in both cases that the matter did not warrant being referred to the Stewards because the available evidence did not establish any breach of the Rules. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed During the Race the Stewards imposed the following Penalties: - A Pit Lane Drive through Penalty on Car #9, David Reynolds, for a breach of Article 2.1.2 of Schedule B2 (Reckless Driving) after Car #9 made contact with Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, at Turn 9 on Lap 1 causing Car #99 to spin as a result of which a number of other Cars collided with Car #99 and Car #99 and Car #20, Scott Pye, were forced to retire; - A 15 Second Time Penalty on Car #4, Jack Smith, for a breach of Article 2.1.1 (Careless Driving) after Car #4 entered Pit Lane for a Pit Stop during a Safety Car deployment when another Brad Jones Racing Car was in its Pit bay causing a double-stack.
