All Products 0.00 Percent Cancellation terms:No commission shall be payable until Viking has issued a confirmation invoice or confirmed the booking in accordance with its booking conditions; and No commission shall be payable if a client cancels his Travel Arrangements, save that the Agent shall be entitled to receive commission on any forfeit deposits or cancellation charges payable by the client, provided such payment has been made by that client; and No commission shall be payable if a client's Travel arrangements are cancelled or curtailed for reasons of Force Majeure save that the Agent shall be entitled to receive commission on any monies paid by the client to the extent only that Viking are entitled to retain such payments notwithstanding the cancellation of curtailment.
