Die Einstufung als „sicherer Herkunftsstaat“ dürfte diese Hoffnungen nun beendet haben, die Wiedereingliederung der rückgeführten Men- schen wird für Albanien eine große Herausforderung werden, die u.a. den Ausbau des bisher noch unzureichenden Sozialsystems erfordert. Positives dagegen gibt es aus sportlicher Sicht zu berichten, mit Skënderbeu Korça hat erstmals eine albanische Mannschaft die Gruppenphase der Europa League erreicht. Deutlich wichtiger ist aber der Erfolg der Nationalmannschaft, die sich im Oktober durch den Sieg in Armenien für die Endrunde der Europa- meisterschaft qualifiziert hat. Diese wird vom 10.
