Ordinance 15-57 entitled: An Ordinance of the City of Winter Garden, providing for the annexation of certain additional lands generally described as approximately 0.99 + acres with Parcel ID Number 21-22-27-0000-00-104 located on the west side of Tildenville School Road north of West Colonial Drive and south of East Oakland Avenue into the City of Winter Garden Florida; redefining the City boundaries to give the City jurisdiction over said property; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.

b. Florida Public Service Commission Consummating Order. In re: Petition for approval of Florida Power & Light Company's demand-side management plan and request to cancel closed on call tariff sheets.

c. Florida Public Service Commission Notice of Proposed Agency Action Order Approving Florida Power & Light Company's Standard Offer Contract and Rate Schedule. In re: Petition for approval of renewable energy tariff and standard offer contract, by Florida Power & Light Company.

d. Florida Public Service Commission Consummating Order. In re: Petition for approval of demand-side management plan of Duke Energy Florida, Inc.

e. Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Orlando International Airport and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Orlando Executive Airport, Fiscal Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.

f. Minutes of the September 10, 2015, Meeting in the Sunshine. Commissioners Bryan Nelson and Victoria P. Siplin attended a meeting with members of the Pine Hills Safe Neighborhood Partnership.

g. City of Orlando Voluntary Annexation Request: 5773 Dahlia Dr. - Annexation – ANX2015-00010. Notice of Proposed Enactment. Proposed Ordinance 2015-44, entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, annexing to the corporate limits of the city certain land generally located north of Dahlia Dr., east of S. Semoran Blvd., south of Hibiscus Rd., and west of Delicata Dr., addressed as 5773 Dahlia Dr., and comprised of 0.193 acres of land, more or less; amending the City's adopted Growth Management Plan to designate the property as Mixed Use Corridor Medium Intensity on the City's Official Future Land Use Maps; and designating the property as the MU-1 Medium Intensity Mixed Use Corridor District along with the Aircraft Noise Overlay District on the City's Official Zoning Maps; providing for amendment of the City's Official Future Land Use and Zoning Maps; providing for severability, correction of scrivener's errors and an effective date . The public hearing and request for the second reading of this ordinance is scheduled for the City Council meeting on October 19, 2015. The first reading of this ordinance was approved on September 21, 2015.
