The Philadelphia Experiment Summer Festival 2010 3 General Information Gate Gate will be open 24 hours a day during the duration of the event. Everyone must be off the property by Monday noon. Upon entry, all guests will be required to register and receive a wristband, which must be worn AT ALL TIMES throughout the duration of the event. Ins and outs are strongly discouraged. In the case of emergency a re-entry pass will be issued for $25 per vehicle. Everyone must be off the property on Monday by 3pm. Fires Do not light fires on bare ground or dig pits, leaving scars.
