On Arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway station Meet our Representative Later drive to Shimla by Road ( 120 km / 04 hrs drive ) Shimla perched at 7000 feet above sea level - Shimla, The heady combinations of Chill mountain air, orchards and colonial charms still make Shimla a dream get away. Day : 2 Shimla

Morning tour of Shimla -. Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhu Temple, Hanuman Temple or stop for a while at the beautiful stained – glass - windows of Christ Church, which was built in the 1850 ‘s. Afternoon transfer to Kufri a 30 Minute drive from Shimla, an exotica of nature as a place surrounded by dense forest and snow caped mountains amidst virgin peaks and natures flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune oneself for natural beauty, evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Overnight at Hotel.

SIGHTSEEING

Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhoo Temple, Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Christ Church, Kufri, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India

Day : 3 Shimla Departure

After breakfast guest will transfer to Chandigarh Airport / Railway station to board flight / train back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Himachal.

we are basically tourism and vacation organizers who do not have any control over the airline operations or any other mode of transport like shipping, railway, cars, buses, coaches, etc., or any operations of any hotels and restaurants. we do not own any of them, we take utmost care to book them with the most trustworthy vendors to ensure a comfortable holiday. we only select but do not have control over the running of all the above- mentioned services. Thus, we will not be held liable for any injury, loss, personal harm, death, or damage to any passengers or their personal belongings.

In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 30 days prior to the journey date via e-mail/SMS.

Also note that few service providers (Airlines, Hoteliers, Transporter, etc.) may apply charges to postpone/prepone even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services, and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Transport, air tickets, as per seasonality.

We do not accept any changes in the plan within 30 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed with applicable charges, which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of an advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable in certain cases. i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives, the air ticket name change, date change, and other penalties may apply. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you Cancel your Holiday

30 days or more before date of departure : 50% of total cost 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 75% of total cost

19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

BOOKING TERMS

50% advance to be paid at the time of booking. Air fair is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking. 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 20 days of departure date. 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure date. In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
