He has worked with directors such as Lynn Shelton, Colin Trevorrow, and Megan Griffiths and loves finding new ways to make the Northwest look great on screen. Dave learned his craft working on a variety of commercials and industrial projects, before eventually working as a Northwest location scout for the ABC television series Grey’s Anatomy. He has served as the location manager for several of Seattle’s recent films including Safety Not Guaranteed, Lucky Them, Laggies and the upcoming Captain Fantastic. RANDY HODGINS Randy Hodgins is the University of Washington’s (UW) Vice President for External Affairs. In this capacity he oversees those campus units responsible for influencing public policy and opinion and strengthening the University’s reputation and the perceptions people hold of it. Randy is a graduate of the UW with a master’s degree in public administration (1983) and a bachelor’s degree in general studies (1979), He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Council of Seattle and King County. He previously served as Board President of Creative Theatre Experience, a summer youth theater and integrated arts program in Olympia. He is the co-author of two books on Northwest popular culture, “Seattle on Film” and “Wet and Wired: A Pop Culture Encyclopedia of the Pacific Northwest.” VICKY LEE From 1999 until present, Vicky Lee holds the position of Director of Education and Performance Programs for the largest non-profit arts organization in the region, Seattle Theatre Group, which programs and manages The Paramount, Moore and Neptune Theatres. She established their Education and Community Programs Department and developed all of the programs that continue today. In this position she creates and directs a wide range of programs in the performing arts and film, and works collaboratively with all aspects of the organization and board. She’s involved with the region’s arts organizations and speaks at conferences including TEDX Seattle. Prior experience SEATTLEARCHITECTURE.ORG DESIGN IN DEPTH 2015 Cultural Landscapes: Shaping the Story of Seattle includes work with the Starbucks Foundation Language of Hope writing program for at-risk youth; Seattle Center’s Cultural Festivals; a youth music project sponsored by Bank of America; and program positions with the King County Arts Commission, Seattle Children’s Theatre and One Reel. Prior to working in the arts in Seattle, she was Co-Founder and Producing Director of The Coterie Children’s Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2010. Vicky received a Masters Degree in Theatre from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She grew up on a farm in Soldier, Iowa and today also manages the three family farms growing corn and soybeans. OWEN RICHARDS Owen Richards is founding partner of ORA, a Seattle architecture firm focused on the design of cultural facilities, with particular emphasis on performing and visual arts venues. ORA has been collaborating with Seattle International Film Festival for ten years, starting in 2005 with the creation of SIFF Cinema at McCaw Hall, SIFF’s first year-round theater space, then on conversion of the Northwest Rooms at Seattle Center into SIFF Film Center, SIFF’s year-round administrative and education facility completed in 2011, and most recently on renovations of the historic UpTown and Egyptian Theaters as SIFF Cinema venues. Current film and media projects include planned upgrades to NW Film Forum and continuing renovations of Jack Straw, a multi-disciplinary media-arts non-profit. All these projects involve innovative transformations of aging facilities to enhance community engagement and create affordable highly adaptable venues well-suited to each non-profit’s unique needs and limited budgets. WARREN ETHEREDGE Warren Etheredge is a Storyfinder™. He has conducted over 3,000 interviews. He hosts The High Bar, his Emmy®- nominated television series devoted to “raising the bar” and Reel NW on KCTS. He is the founder of The Warren Report and one of the founding faculty of TheFilmSchool and The Red Badge Project. He is a published author, staged playwright, successful producer, veteran festival curator and much sought-after public speaker. As a producer, his credits include FUREVER (d.
