situated at House No.B-15 The Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division, Pak PWD, Mirpurkhas, rate basis for the works tabulated Satellite town Phase-ll, near A.J College invites sealed tenders, on percentage Tax are Active on Taxpayers List & non hereunder, from the Contractors / Firms registered with Income (who Council, in approate defaulter of Federal Board of Revenue) & having valid licence of Pakistan Engineering category & field of specializations.

A complete set of Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be purchased by 2. an interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application supported with requisite documents from the office of the undersigned latest by 07.06.2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee in shape of Pay order as shown against each.

Bidders will submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously, one containing the Technical Proposal and the other Financial Proposals. duly marked separately with page numbering, signature & rubber stamp, and enclosed 2004 with documents, together in an outer single envelope, in consonance with Rule-36(b) of PPRA mandatory so as to reach the office ofthe undersigned on 08.06.2021 before 12:00 noon, which will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the same day in the presence ofbidders/ representatives who choose to attend.

4. In accordance with PPRA Rule-25; Bid Security i.e. 4% of the Bid Cost is required, in shape of CDR, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of undersigned, duly mentioned the name & title of the firm by any schedule bank. The bidder will submit 2% of estimated cost along with Technical Proposal, while balance / difference of remaining Bid Security is liable to be submitted along with sealed Financial Proposals

In case bid cost is found abnormal below; the bidder will have to furnish additional bid security i: the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in an amount equal to the minus (-) variance with refer ane to Engineer's Estimate / Estimate Cost. The additional Bid Security must be submitted within 03 working days from the date of announcement of financial bids, otherwise the bid will be declared NON-RESPONSIVE Summarily.
