IDAHO STATE • 2019 BENGAL VOLLEYBALL • GAME NOTES • PAGE 3 IDAHO STATE • 2019 BENGAL VOLLEYBALL • GAME NOTES Last Week Recap vs Sacrmento State The Idaho State volleyball team dropped the first game of its series with Sacramento State 3-0 (25-18, 27-25, 25-21) Jan. 30 in Sacra- mento. The first set went to the Hornets 18-25. In the second set, both teams went back and forth and it required extra points for the Hornets to win the set 27-25. The third set saw the Bengals take an early lead but the Hornets ended the match on a 7-0 run to win the set 25-21 and the match 3-0. The Bengals hit .150 on the match with 32 kills on 107 attacks. Sadie Gardner led the team with 9 kills on 28 attacks. Danielle Devlin followed with 8 kills on 17 attacks. The Bengals were out blocked 10 to eight. Taylor Meeks led the team with one solo block and five block assists.
