1. Notice in the last sentence on the postcard that the word AFTER is in all caps. Also, notice the word that follows. 2. The word that follows is baby. View this as “AFTER baby.” Notice that “baby” was used throughout the message on the postcard. 3. Pull out the word that comes after baby every time throughout the message.

Hand with strings

1. Read the interview with Potts. 2. He tells you “Did you know that the thumb is special because it can help you grasp things? If you try hard enough you can grasp things with the other fingers, but it can be tough. That's why the thumb comes first as far as I'm concerned.” 3. Take the column of letters that relate to the thumb as the first column and then from there go in the natural order of the fingers for the remaining columns.(Thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky) 4. 1. First unlock the Riverbend Penitentiary Inmate Electronic Mail Login 2. Part of the email reads “Buy item from commissary that costs as much as a 20 minute phone call and give to your cellmate.” 3. Read the interview with Allen Potts. 4. He tells you “Feel free to call me if you have any more questions. If you were an inmate that would cost you seventeen cents per minute.” 5. Now that you know how long the phone call lasts and how much a phone call costs per minute, calculate the cost of a 20 minute phone call. 6. Compare this price to the list of items on the Commissary Shopping List.

1. (Part 1) Read the interview with Lisa Hanigan and pay attention to the message signed by The Puppet Master. 2. As you solve puzzles you will see phrases like “you’re in” or “you are in.” These are the names you will need. 3. (Part 2) Unlock the Scott French Library Worker card. You are told that you have been provided with the “go time” 4. Read Russell Stobaugh’s interview and notice what he says about Johnny’s song. 5. Uses the lyrics from Johnny’s song to give you the order of the animals. 6. Use the numbers from those animals in the order of the lyrics from Johnny’s song to give you the “go time”

1. Pay attention to what it says about having two eyes and being able to look at two different things at the same time. “Left eye one letter, Right eye next letter” 2. Start with the first letter ( L ) and pull out every other letter and see what message that you get. 3. Repeat the process and start with the second letter ( R )and pull out every other letter and see what message that you get. 4. The first message should start with “Lukas get map…”

United States Map

1. Solve the yellow postcard (addressed to Lukas Stark) to see what goes with this. 2. Once you know what goes with the map, go through the list of states and find the state on the map and pull out the word that goes with that state. 3. After you have pulled out all the letters, read the message that you get.

Barbed Wire Fence Unlock

1. First get the hands on the prison bars card opened. 2. Then figure out who is still willing to escape. (green handkerchiefs on cells) 3. Use the original cell placement that Potts gave in his first interview, then make the changes that Lisa Hanigan describes in her second interview. 4. Remember that some people have been killed or moved. 5. The second part you can get from the yellow postcard addressed to Lukas.
