Sneddon was the head coach at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. from SNEDDON vs. ALL OPPONENTS AT VERMONT 1998 to 2003, and was associated with the Union men's hockey program since 1993 when he was named an assistant under former head coach Bruce Delventhal. Sneddon led the Dutchmen to their first-ever ECAC HOCKEY EAST RECORD home-ice playoff series in 2003. Union qualified for the ECAC playoffs in Boston College 7-25-3 three of Sneddon's last four years with the Dutchmen.
