RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Board note the applications for occasional licences granted under delegated authority as detailed in the attached Appendix. 2. BACKGROUND In terms of the Scheme of Delegation appended to the Boards Statement of Licensing Policy, the Clerk to the Board is authorised to grant applications for occasional licences under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 where no objections or representations have been received, nor a notice recommending refusal from the Divisional Commander, Tayside Division of Police Scotland or any report from the Licensing Standards Officer recommending refusal where the application relates to hours within Section 6 of the Board’s policy.
