Appetite for Destruction, Qui Bénéficiera Le 29 Juin D’Une Réédition De Fort Belle Facture TOUJOURS FAIM DE DESTRUCTION C’est un groupe à l’histoire des plus mouvementées du rock’n’roll. Mais malgré les petites histoires internes, les brouilles et les réconciliations, et quelques problèmes bien plus graves, il y a un constat à faire : les Guns N’ Roses sont toujours là, et semblent plus solides que jamais ! Retour sur plus de trente ans de légende, marqués entre autre par l’album Appetite for Destruction, qui bénéficiera le 29 juin d’une réédition de fort belle facture. Mais avec le succès débarquent des responsabilités, que le groupe n’est pas vraiment capable d’assumer. La drogue, déjà omniprésente, délite des Guns qui publient des albums inégaux et qui n’atteindront jamais le succès d’Appetite for Destruction, jusqu’à l’album de reprises The Spaghetti Inci- dent? en 1993. Las, Slash aura quitté le groupe avant la sortie de l’album, après un concert à Buenos Aires. Duff McKagan fera de même quelques années plus tard, tandis qu’Izzy Strad- lin et Steven Adler s’étaient déjà fait la malle, respectivement en 1991 et 1990. Axl Rose reste donc seul maître à bord pour mener à bien Chinese Democracy, arlésienne – presque légende urbaine – de la musique, sur laquelle il travaillera pendant quinze ans. L’album, le plus cher jamais enregistré (on parle de la somme rondelette de treize millions de dollars) paraîtra quinze ans jour pour jour après The Spaghetti Incident?, avec un accueil somme toute assez mitigé, mais des louanges de la part de Slash et McKagan. C’est en 2016 que l’on retrouve justement les deux larrons, lorsqu’ils annoncent en grande pompe aux côtés d’Axl Rose leur grand retour au sein du groupe pour une tournée intitulée Not in this lifetime, en référence à la réponse qu’avait donnée Axl Rose en 2012 à un journaliste qui lui demandait si une re- formation du groupe pouvait avoir lieu. Depuis, tout n’est que louange : le groupe semble plus efficace que jamais, et Axl Rose tenir la baraque comme personne. Après un premier passage au Stade de France en juillet 2017, les Guns seront cette année de passage au Download Festi- val mais aussi au stade Matmut-Atlantique de Bordeaux, qui deviendront le temps d’un concert des « Paradise cities » en puissance ! APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION LA RÉÉDITION ULTIME ! Le coffret « Appetite For Destruction: Locked N’ Loaded Edition » (limité à 10 000 pièces) est le saint Graal pour tous les fans ultimes de Guns N’Roses : il comprend l’édi- tion Super Deluxe 4CD + Blu-Ray audio, 7 maxi singles, 7 45 tours en vinyle jaune, 12 lithographie illustrant chaque chanson de l’album, 5 bagues des crânes des membres du groupe en métal faite à la main, 5 pins des crânes des membres du groupe, 5 médiators, une feutrine pour pla- tine vinyle et des posters, le tout pour la modique somme de 999,99 euros ! Here is the history of the formation of the band Simple Plan. In 1996, the band Reset formed by Pierre Bouvier, Chuck Comeau, Philippe Jolicoeur, and Adrian White. Reset toured in Canada with MxPx, Ten Foot Pole, and Face to Face, although they are not too managed to get popularity. Ikbal (2015) their debut album, No Worries, was released in 1999. Soon, Chuck Comeau away from the band to go to college. Two years later he met with his friends Senior during hugh school, Jeff Stinco and Sébastien Lefebvre, who at that time were in their own band, and they intend to merge to form his own band. Meanwhile, Reset released their second album, No Limits. One day, Comeau and Bouvier met again in the Sugar Ray concert and Bouvier left Reset to join Comeau. David Desrosiers then replaced Bouvier in Reset, but he also left Reset six months later and joined by Bouvier.

There hadn't been a hard rock band this raw or talented in Guns n Rose, and they were given added weight by Rose 's primal rage, the sound of confused, frustrated white trash vying for a piece of the pie. As the '80s became the '90s, there simply wasn't a more interesting band around, but owing to intra-band friction and the Guns n Rose of alternative rock, Rose 's supporting cast eventually left, and he spent over 15 years recording before the long-delayed Chinese Democracy appeared in Guns N' Roses released their first EP inwhich led to a contract with Geffen ; the following year, the band released its debut album, Appetite for Destruction.

We schrijven 1987: De cd leek zijn oneindige intrede te doen en het vinyl was ten dode opgeschreven. Het internet was vooralsnog iets van de toekomst en alleen in zijn meest rudimentaire vorm aanwezig.Tsja. In retrospectief was Appetite For Destruction de opmaat voor de megastatus die Guns ‘N Roses in een effectieve periode van zes jaar zou behalen. De hamvraag waarom Guns ‘N Roses de grootste rockband aller tijden werd en een miljoen andere bands niet, is interessant. Rebellerende rockbands met geweldige muziek, trendsettende gitaristen en getalenteerde, excentrieke zangers met een kort lontje en gedragsproblemen, waren er al vanaf de jaren zestig, dus nogmaals: Waarom Rose en zijn gevolg? De band had in zijn eigen tijdvak voldoende concurrentie van Motley Crue, Poison, W.A.S.P., Ratt, Judas Priest en Iron Maiden, maar uiteindelijk werd Guns ‘N Roses de meest bekende en tot de verbeelding sprekende. Hun t-shirts hangen om de schouders van jongens en meisjes die veelal geen idee hebben van de essentie van de naam. Guns ‘N Roses is een merk. Ik heb lang gezocht naar het antwoord en het uiteindelijk gevonden in het jaar 1984, toen de bands Hollywood Rose (met Axl Rose) en Black Sheep (met Saul Hudson (Slash)) gezamenlijk in het voorprogramma speelden van de christelijke heavy metal band Stryper. Na de show maakten Rose en Slash kennis met elkaar en werden vrienden.
