Chicago Public Library is a transformative and vibrant institution reaching every RAHM EMANUEL neighborhood in our city. Nearly 10 million people visited the Library in 2016, Mayor, City of which is more visitors than to all Chicago’s museums combined. But people aren’t just visiting. They are connecting.

CyberNavigators (CNs) are trained to provide more than 100,000 2016 computer tutoring sessions each year to adult learners seeking to master computer, email, and Internet basics, including online job searches and PARTNERSHIP applications. One-on-one sessions and classes are strengthened by Chicago DigitalLearn, an interactive online curriculum developed by the 119,168 Library especially for new computer users.
