Assisted first-generation students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds on transitioning to college, facilitated 264 roundtable discussions (RTDs) per year. Topics included Educational inequity, environmental justice, and related matters  Held 760 weekly interpersonal conversations with residents, students and mentees, and 1000 conversations about success per semester.
