Hosted and edited the shows, led news training and pitch meetings for 10 volunteers, and responsible for research and interviews for profile stories SOCIAL MEDIA  Led pitch meetings, mentored volunteers on interview prep and story arcs, and investigated rates of unemployment post-graduation among recent college graduates. This story won for best Hootsuite, Google episode by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. Assisted first-generation students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds on transitioning to college, facilitated 264 roundtable discussions (RTDs) per year. Topics included Educational inequity, environmental justice, and related matters  Held 760 weekly interpersonal conversations with residents, students and mentees, and 1000 conversations about success per semester. Four students I mentored are on track to graduate college – the first in their family – overcoming statistical odds
