As you are aware, Cameron Duncan and David Kim of KordaMentha Pte Ltd were appointed jointly and severally as Provisional Liquidators of the Company on 29 October 2020.

The Provisional Liquidators are convening a meeting of creditors (‘the Meeting’) on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 2:00pm. In order to comply with safety distancing measures for the health and safety of all, the Meeting will be conducted via an online meeting.

Please find enclosed the following documents for your attention: • Notice to Creditors of Meeting • List of Creditors as at 29 October 2020 • General Proxy Form • Special Proxy Form • Proof of Debt Form (Form VWU-11)

To formally record any amount owing by the Company, please complete and return the enclosed Proof of Debt Form (Form VWU-11), if you have not already done so. Notice to Creditors of Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 166 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (No. 40 of 2018), a Meeting of Creditors will be held at 16 Collyer Quay, #30-01, Singapore 049318 via an online meeting on 26 November 2020 at 2:00pm for the purposes of: 1. receiving a statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims. 2. resolving that Cameron Duncan and David Kim care of KordaMentha Pte Ltd, 16 Collyer Quay, #30-01, Singapore 049318 be and are hereby appointed jointly and severally as Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up and that their remuneration be based on their normal scale rates and be paid out of the Company’s assets. 3. appointing a Committee of Inspection of not more than five members, if thought fit. 4. resolving that the Liquidators be at liberty to open, maintain and operate any bank account or an account for monies received by them as Liquidators of the Company, with such bank as the Liquidators deem fit. 5. resolving that the Liquidators be at liberty to appoint a Solicitor to assist them in their duties, if required. 6.
