The applicant has not approached the Service for pre-application advice via the pre-application advice service. A party understood to be acting on behalf of the applicant approached the Service for clarification following the withdrawal of the previous application (18/02818/FUL) for the same proposal. The Steading dates from the late 18th or very early 19th century and has seen some alterations throughout its use, but with some of the original features being intact. Only partial access to building was possible due to it being in a dangerous state.
