The heating is set to come on at selected times morning and night. The heating can be boosted 1 hour at any time by pressing (+1HR) button. To put the heating on for a longer the small flap can be opened and the select button pressed until ‘MAN’ is shown on the display. Otherwise the panel should be left back in ‘AUTO’. The Gas fire is operated by remote control. On/Off Button to start. If it is locked, hold the left button to Unlock, then Middle ‘Ok’ button. Press left Button ‘ON’ then ‘Ok’, you will hear a single beep and fire will come on. Check Remote display, to put in ‘Manual’ use middle button, there are 3 settings (Low Medium and High), press up or down to increase/ decrease. Using ‘Auto’ will set the room temperature and control automatically. The highlighted number in small print is the desired temperature and the larger number is the actual temperature. The flame height adjusts to suit. It is possible to move between auto and manual function as required by pressing the relevant button. Please ensure that if the thermostat puts fire off for a period of time, that the unit is switched off completely when out of use. Fireguard is detachable; we recommend this in use when children are present as the screen becomes hot. TELEVISION: Freeview Television, Power button on the front panel of TV and the Top red button on remote will automatically bring on free view channels. The DVD player will operate when the power button is pushed on it and will automatically appear on the screen, the AV button on the TV remote can be used to move between TV and DVD outputs. There is a small selection of DVDs available. WASHNG MACHINE: To switch on Press On/Off Button, to change type of wash move circular Wash Cycle Selector knob. There is a temperature and spin button to adjust if required. Dispenser drawer can be opened to add detergent and additives. Start/ Pause button on the right will initiate cycle once door is closed. Key lock button can be held down to prevent children adjusting settings. DISHWASHER: Open dishwasher and hold down power button until unit beeps and lights come on. ECO mode will be selected automatically, programmes can be adjusted by pressing ‘P’ Button. Unit will start automatically when the door is shut again. INTERNET : Free Wireless: router ID and password is on Sky Wireless box in the living room. Box may need reset by powering down and back up again if WIFI is lost at any point. FIRE ALARM: There are Smoke detectors, a Heat detector, CO2 detector and alarms in the house. For your safety please do not tamper with this or remove the batteries. OTHER: There are stairgates and a Travel Cot available in the property if required. There is a decking area and furniture available, the area has an anti-slip finish but please take care in wet/cold conditions. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 1.1 The application seeks planning permission for an access road to residential development. The applicant has sought planning permission in principal for a total of 24 residential units under a separate application (19/00982/FUL). 1.2 Access to the site is proposed from Old Perth Road with a new junction formed by realigning and relocating an existing access. 1.3 The Service is not aware of the applicant having undertaken any public consultation. The applicant has not approached the Service for pre-application advice via the pre-application advice service. A party understood to be acting on behalf of the applicant approached the Service for clarification following the withdrawal of the previous application (18/02818/FUL) for the same proposal. In response officers provided advice on the potential access to the site, which noted: Anticipated Access - The optimum access is through the Raigmore Motel site but would likely require its demolition (and partial redevelopment) and is in a separate ownership, hence the mixed use allocation.
