This is especially relevant considering that as military personnel and the primary patron of this service, dress and deportment are ingrained and fundamental to how we present ourselves. The resulting outcome is that approximately three thousand (3000) individual bags of Laundry are processed by the three (3) front of house KFOR staff at the hatch in the building on a monthly basis. If we are honest most of us probably don’t spare a thought to what happens next, we expect to arrive back at the Laundry reception hatch with our receipt in hand and complete the transaction of receiving our now freshly washed and maybe even ironed uniform and additional clothing. I graduated in 2006 and went on to attend the Military Academy graduating as an Infantry Officer in 2010. On completion of a one-year course in the Infantry School I was assigned as a platoon leader where I trained 30 soldiers in security operations. Following on from this period I served as an Ops/Plans Officer, responsible for the security of a base and the execution of military parades. In 2013 I was promoted to 2nd Lt. and assigned as a commando team leader and served for two years in Eastern Turkey. Later I moved to Western Turkey to conduct the same mission for one and a half years. While serving in that position I was assigned to KFOR. About the Mission: This is my first mission abroad.
