Dates / Times : 10:00 am – 4:00 pm , Saturday, June 19, 2021 L o c a t i o n : Downtown Main Street in Smallville / Hutchinson, KS 67502. This is an Outside Event. Booth Rates : $30 Vendor – one 10’ x 10’ space $15 Artist – one 10’ x 10’ space *Set up from 7:00 am - 10:00 am. Tables and chairs will not be supplied at this event, Exhibitors will need to bring all items for their area. Multiple spots are available if you require more space. Please list how many 10’ x 10’ areas you will need if more than one. Schedule of events include a pancake feed, 5k races, Pub Crawl and costume contest to name a few, a full schedule of events will be available closer to show as we add them. Electricity may be available if needed in certain locations for small electronics but not guaranteed. There will be areas inside some of the buildings where we will be having demos for fans and patrons, if you would like to participate leave a note or contact me at [email protected].
