Roads) Order (No. 4) 1983 The Folkestone-Honiton Trunk Road (Ferndown Bypass, Side Roads) (Variation and Supplemental) Order 198 The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that in relation to that part of the M42 Birmingham-Nottingham The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he Motorway which will be situated between Catshill and Alvechurch proposes, in relation to the above mentioned Trunk Road at in the County of Hereford and Worcester, he has made an Order Ferndown in the County of Dorset, to make under sections 14, under Sections 12,18,125 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980, the 125 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980 an Order which will: effect of which is to: (a) authorise him: (a) vary the M42 Birmingham-Nottingham Motorway (Catshill ) to vary the Folkestone-Honiton Trunk Road (Ferndown to Monkspath Section Side Roads) Order 1982 by deleting works gypass, Side Roads) Order 1983 by deleting from Schedule 1 for the construction of a private means of access 19 premises west thereto and site plan number 1 referred to therein all reference of A441 Birmingham Road, Alvechurch, embodied in Schedule to the new means of access numbered 2, and Site Plan 5 of that Order.
