Guidelines for sending samples

To conduct a successful import samples process the following is required:

ALL SHIPPING MUST BE SHIPPED UNDER INCOTERM DDP "Delivery Duty Paid".

A. ALL PRODUCTS REQUIRING PERMITS IN MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 11 TH, 2016.

B. To send samples you should only use DHL –courier service, which is certified by Walmart globally.

D. We require you to send (5) days in advance of shipping your samples the commercial invoice for review and validation via email to Carlos Zeledón y Alexander Salazar This document will serve to ensure that the import process meets the requirements of Costa Rican law.

E. Every time you send a Courier you must send a copy of the Air WayBill and commercial Invoice including the phrase "samples without commercial value" and the assigned booth number via email to Carlos Zeledón and Alexander Salazar. This will help us on proper follow up with the Courier companies.

F. When you fill the information on the Air Waybill, make sure the name of the recipient is as follows:

Must be in this precise order to avoid problems in the documentation to be declared to customs.

G. Samples must be packed with the following information so that the courier can be identified in a better way. You have to place a sheet attached to each box with the following information.

I. REMEMBER TO GIVE THE ORIGINAL COMMERCIAL INVOICE TO THE COURIER COMPANY

The commercial invoice must contain the following information about your company:

• Company logo • Company name • Full address in which includes the city, state or province. • Fax Number. • Phone number. • Consecutive invoice Number • Number of pages containing the invoice (if more than one page) • Country, place and date when issuing the invoice. • You must specify the invoice INCOTERMS (DDP or DELIVERY DUTY PAID) • Place the legend "samples wtih no commercial value." • Product Code or Item. • Total. • Description in Spanish. (if empty packaging are sent, please place it within the description) • Weight and volume of the shipment.

A. The cost of the sample declared on the invoice should be the actual per piece, expressed in US American dollars.
