PARTICIPANTS 30 Educators, teachers and heritage experts from seven countries in Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Viet Nam) PURPOSE §To help participants articulate the relationship between Arts in Education and the World Heritage Sites; §To help teachers and educators understand the heritage education in school curricula; §To help apply relevant tools and methods in order to achieve efficient heritage educators and teachers * in meaningful and enjoyable ways To understand physical heritage and intangible cultural heritage, we used Mapping Technology as a tool to map the Socio-Cultural and Economic History of Local and Traditional Communities Role of Teachers/Participants Teachers as facilitators to impart mapping methodology Mapping what?
