This year due to the pandemic, many hotels are closed. As the situation evolves, this list will be regularly updated but remains subject to further change. For your health and safety, the hotels selected from this list have introduced specific measures using COVID-19 hygiene protocols. NOTE: The ETSI negotiated rates may not apply during high season and for special events period. All rates are inclusive of VAT. There is also a tourist tax applicable in some hotels. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking, please • inform the hotel or apart hotel by phone or by email as soon as possible and at least 24 hours in advance; • keep your cancellation registration number for future reference. Please note that the ETSI Secretariat is not able to make reservations on your behalf and cannot be held responsible for any cancellations or "no shows". ETSI is not responsible for any no show or cancellation fees if applicable. A word of advice The Sophia Antipolis area has been developed with a high regard for the environment. On rainy days, journeys from the local hotels to ETSI’s premises can be rather uncomfortable for walkers as the roads may be slippery.     Communauté d'Agglomérations de Sophia-Antipolis Le réseau des Médiathèques La communauté d'agglomération 06 – Alpes-Maritimes – 24 communes – 178 200 habitants Le réseau des médiathèques La Communauté d'Agglomération de Sophia-Antipolis (CASA) s'est dotée en 2003 de la compétence « lecture publique ». Elle a placé les bibliothèques au cœur de son projet de développement culturel en constituant un réseau de bibliothèques communautaires de grande qualité. Une Direction de la lecture publique a été créée pour centraliser certains services et mutualiser les moyens. En 2006 et 2008 ont été construites les médiathèques communautaires d'Antibes et de Valbonne. Leur action culturelle est renforcée sur le territoire par une annexe dans le quartier des Semboules sur la commune d'Antibes et par des bibliobus. En 2011 ont été lancés trois grands projets afin d'élargir ce réseau : deux médiathèques à Biot et Villeneuve-Loubet ainsi qu'un Pôle Images à Roquefort-les-Pins. La CASA a également établi pour chaque ville des pôles d'excellence, en lien avec les spécificités de chacune (histoire, patrimoine, culture, industrie...) : les médiathèques et les futures médiathèques intègrent ces sujets dans leur politique d'acquisition et d'animation. La construction ou la réhabilitation des bâtiments ainsi que leur aménagement intérieur (mobilier, matériel, informatique) ont été soutenus par l'État au titre de la DGD. En effet, la CASA est un exemple très représentatif de mise en réseau des établissements de lecture publique, leur permettant de jouer un rôle plus structurant sur l'ensemble du territoire intercommunal.
