Idaho Certificate of Ascertainment 2020 CERTIFICATE OF ASCERTAINMENT OF THE ELECTORS OF PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO STATE OF IDAHO, ss: I, Brad Little, Governor of the State ofldaho, do hereby certify that at the General Election held in this State on Tuesday the Third day ofNovember, A.D., 2020, the following named persons received the greatest number of votes cast for the office of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, and are duly elected to fill such office, viz.: ROD BECK BOISE, IDAHO RAUL LABRADOR EAGLE, IDAHO JANICE MCGEACHIN IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO MELINDA SMYSER PARMA, IDAHO I, FURTHER CERTIFY, That the following is a result ofthe canvass made and certified by the State Board of Canvassers pursuant to law, showing the whole number ofvotes cast at said election for each person for whose appointment any and all votes were cast for the office of Electors ofPresident and Vice President ofthe United States, viz.: The Electors on the Republican Ticket were: Rod Beck, Boise, Idaho, Raul Labrador, Eagle, Idaho, Janice McGeachin, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Melinda Smyser, Parma, Idaho. Each ofthem received Five Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand and One Hundred Nineteen (554,119) votes. The Electors on the Democratic Ticket were: Cherie Buckner-Webb, Boise, Idaho, Maryanne Jordan, Boise, Idaho, Elaine Smith, Pocatello, Idaho, and Mary Lou Reed, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Each of them received Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand and Twenty-One (287,021) votes. The Electors on the Constitution Ticket were: Brendan Gomez, Boise, Idaho, David Hartigan, Boise, Idaho, Tony Ullrich, Hammett, Idaho, and Ray Writz, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Each ofthem received One Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Six (1,886) votes. The Electors on the Libertarian Ticket were: Elizabeth Clark, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Dan Karlan, Pocatello, Idaho, Aaron Mason, Rexburg, Idaho, and Cathy Smith, Caldwell, Idaho. Each ofthem received Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and Four (16,304) votes. ------ ' ------- ---- "'---= The Electors on the Independent Ticket for Rocky "Rocky" De La Fuente were: Nick Carannante, Garden City, Idaho, Tim Guy, Rathdrum, Idaho, Shawn Satterthwaite, Shelley, Idaho, and Daryl Yandell, Nampa, Idaho. Each of them received One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-One (1,461) votes. The Electors on the Independent Ticket for Brock Pierce were: Zachary Todd Hanna, Boise, Idaho, Terrel Hill, Boise, Idaho, Christopher Kreighbaum, Post Falls, Idaho, and Ryan Lyden, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Each of them received Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Eight (2,808) votes. The Electors on the Independent Ticket for Kanye West were: Ryan Andrew Fauvell, Burley, Idaho, Julia Hurst, Boise, Idaho, Adriel Martinez, Boise, Idaho, and Megan Shoemaker, Boise, Idaho.     58. Northeastern Highlands The Northeastern Highlands ecoregion covers most of the northern and mountainous parts of New England as well as the Adirondacks in New York.     THE CITY OF MOSCOW LOCAL EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, COVID-19, is a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which is a new strain of coronavirus that had not been previously identified in humans and can easily spread from person to person, which can result in serious illness or death thereby threatening widespread and/or severe damage to life or property thereby creating an "emergency" as defined by Idaho Code § 46-1002; and WHEREAS, the CDC identifies the potential public health threat posed by COVID-19 both globally and in the United State as "high", and has advised that person-to-person spread of COVID-19 will continue to occur globally, including within the United States; and WHEREAS, on January 30, 2020, the International Health Regulations Emergency Committee of the World Health Organization declared the outbreak a "public health emergency of international concern"; and WHEREAS, on January 31, 2020, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II declared a public health emergency for the United States to aid the nation's healthcare community in responding to COVID-19; and WHEREAS, on February 29, 2020, Washington Governor Jay Inslee proclaimed a State of Emergency exists in all counties in the State of Washington; and WHEREAS, on March 11, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic; and WHEREAS, on March 12, 2020, the City of Pullman Mayor, Glenn Johnson, declared a State of Emergency for the City of Pullman. The emergency declaration facilitates potential future assistance related to COVID-19 and is a means to ensure all necessary resources will be available if needed; and WHEREAS, on March 13, 2020, the Idaho Governor Brad Little declared a state of emergency due to COVID-19.
