In front of a crowd of 4,844 fans, Reno beat Rio Grande Valley FC 3-2 thanks to Richards’ thrilling goal in the 77th minute from an assist from defender Luis Felipe Fernandes, who scored 11 minutes earlier. Wednesday’s match against the Toros marked the first meeting between the clubs and after a brief defensive struggle, both clubs turned up their respective offensive attacks. Rio Grande Valley FC came into the match as one of the best defensive clubs in the USL. And it was the Toros who struck first in the 20th minute thanks to a goal by Memo Rodriguez. Two minutes later, one of the most prolific scorers in all of U.S. professional soccer, answered back. Reno forward Dane Kelly notched his 11th USL goal of the season in the 22nd minute after a beautiful assist by Antoine Hoppenot. But Wednesday belonged to Reno defenders like Richards and Fernandes who both helped Reno 1868 FC answer back after RGV midfielder Eric Bird tied the match up in the 74th minute after converting his penalty kick. Midfielder Chris Wehan’s assist to Fernandes’ goal in the 66th minute added to his chances created tally that keeps on growing as the season progresses. He had three key passes and one assist on Wednesday. 3 FRONT OFFICE Eric Edelstein Max Margulies President Account Executive - Corporate Sponsorships Andy Smith General Manager Regan Hahesy Corporate Sponsorships Andrew Daugherty Services Coordinator Executive Vice President Robert Ritchie Account Executive Audrey Hill Director of Marketing John Wermeling Account Executive Doug Raftery Sr. Director of Corporate Partner- Zoe Harmon ships Account Executive Samantha Hicks Stefan Bray Vice President of Ticket Sales Account Executive Aldo Amato Digital Media & PR Manager Kait Inman Graphic Designer Winter Moreno Special Events & Community Relations Coordinator GREATER NEVADA FIELD 250 EVANS AVE RENO, NEVADA 89501 RENO1868FC.COM 4 MATCHDAY ROSTERS RenO 1868 FC SacramentO republic FC ROSTER ROSTER # NAME POS HT WT AGE BIRTHPLACE # NAME POS HT WT AGE BIRTHPLACE 0 Andrew Tarbell GK 6-3 194 23 USA 1 Dominik Jakubek GK 6-1 195 -- USA 1 Russ Klabough GK 6-5 215 26 USA 2 Peter McGlynn D 5-11 165 -- Ireland 2 Jackson Yueill M 5-10 165 20 USA 3 Julius James D 6-0 170 -- Trinidad 4 Jordan Murrell D 5-11 185 23 England 5 Nick von Niederhäusern M 5-9 160 27 Switzerland 4 Carlos Rodriguez D 6-3 168 -- Mexico 6 Thomas Janjigian D 6-2 190 22 USA 5 Chris Christian D 6-1 180 -- New Jersey 7 Jordan Roberts M 6-2 177 24 England 6 Agustin Cazarez M 5-7 145 -- USA 8 Mackenzie Pridham F 5-10 175 26 Canada 7 Daniel Trickett-Smith M 5-9 141 -- England 9 Dane Kelly F 5-10 165 26 Jamaica 8 Wilson Kneeshaw F 5-9 140 -- England 10 Junior Burgos M 6-0 165 28 El Salvador 9 Harry Williams F 6-0 170 -- England 11 Anibal Echeverria M 5-8 163 29 USA 10 Danny Barrera M 5-7 150 -- USA 12 Matt Bersano GK 6-1 185 24 USA 11 Gabe Gissie F 6-0 172 -- USA 14 Chris Wehan M 5-9 140 23 USA 15 Jimmy Ockford D 5-11 181 24 USA 12 Evan Newton GK 6-2 190 -- USA 16 Brent Richards D 5-10 167 26 USA 13 Sammy Ochoa F 6-1 200 -- USA 17 Lindo Mfeka D 5-7 165 24 South Africa 14 Lamin Suma F 5-11 165 -- Sierra Leone 18 Kip Colvey D 5-10 161 23 USA 15 James Kie D 5-11 180 -- USA 19 Dembakwi Yomba F 5-9 160 20 USA 16 Adam Moat M 6-0 173 -- Scotland 20 Matt LaGrassa M 5-10 175 24 USA 17 Tyler Blackwood F 6-2 160 -- England 23 Brenton Griths D 6-2 175 26 Jamaica 19 Trevin Caesar F 5-7 159 -- Tobago 29 Antoine Hoppenot M 5-8 163 26 France 20 Enrique Montano D 6-1 175 -- USA 38 Matheus Silva D 6-2 198 20 Brazil 77 Cameron Vickers M 5-7 140 28 USA 21 Christian Chaney F 6-2 180 -- USA 84 Seth Casiple CM 5-9 165 23 USA 22 Jeremy Hall M 5-11 170 -- USA 96 Luis Felipe M 6-1 185 21 USA 23 Emrah Klimenta D 6-1 190 -- Montenegro 99 Brian Brown F 5-11 165 24 Jamaica 26 Elliott Hord D 5-10 175 -- USA 6 GK: Goalkeeper D: Defender M: Midfielder F : Forward GK: Goalkeeper D: Defender M: Midfielder F : Forward RenO 1868 FC SacramentO republic FC ROSTER ROSTER # NAME POS HT WT AGE BIRTHPLACE # NAME POS HT WT AGE BIRTHPLACE 0 Andrew Tarbell GK 6-3 194 23 USA 1 Dominik Jakubek GK 6-1 195 -- USA 1 Russ Klabough GK 6-5 215 26 USA 2 Peter McGlynn D 5-11 165 -- Ireland 2 Jackson Yueill M 5-10 165 20 USA 3 Julius James D 6-0 170 -- Trinidad 4 Jordan Murrell D 5-11 185 23 England 5 Nick von Niederhäusern M 5-9 160 27 Switzerland 4 Carlos Rodriguez D 6-3 168 -- Mexico 6 Thomas Janjigian D 6-2 190 22 USA 5 Chris Christian D 6-1 180 -- New Jersey 7 Jordan Roberts M 6-2 177 24 England 6 Agustin Cazarez M 5-7 145 -- USA 8 Mackenzie Pridham F 5-10 175 26 Canada 7 Daniel Trickett-Smith M 5-9 141 -- England 9 Dane Kelly F 5-10 165 26 Jamaica 8 Wilson Kneeshaw F 5-9 140 -- England 10 Junior Burgos M 6-0 165 28 El Salvador 9 Harry Williams F 6-0 170 -- England 11 Anibal Echeverria M 5-8 163 29 USA 10 Danny Barrera M 5-7 150 -- USA 12 Matt Bersano GK 6-1 185 24 USA 11 Gabe Gissie F 6-0 172 -- USA 14 Chris Wehan M 5-9 140 23 USA 15 Jimmy Ockford D 5-11 181 24 USA 12 Evan Newton GK 6-2 190 -- USA 16 Brent Richards D 5-10 167 26 USA 13 Sammy Ochoa F 6-1 200 -- USA 17 Lindo Mfeka D 5-7 165 24 South Africa 14 Lamin Suma F 5-11 165 -- Sierra Leone 18 Kip Colvey D 5-10 161 23 USA 15 James Kie D 5-11 180 -- USA 19 Dembakwi Yomba F 5-9 160 20 USA 16 Adam Moat M 6-0 173 -- Scotland 20 Matt LaGrassa M 5-10 175 24 USA 17 Tyler Blackwood F 6-2 160 -- England 23 Brenton Griths D 6-2 175 26 Jamaica 19 Trevin Caesar F 5-7 159 -- Tobago 29 Antoine Hoppenot M 5-8 163 26 France 20 Enrique Montano D 6-1 175 -- USA 38 Matheus Silva D 6-2 198 20 Brazil 77 Cameron Vickers M 5-7 140 28 USA 21 Christian Chaney F 6-2 180 -- USA 84 Seth Casiple CM 5-9 165 23 USA 22 Jeremy Hall M 5-11 170 -- USA 96 Luis Felipe M 6-1 185 21 USA 23 Emrah Klimenta D 6-1 190 -- Montenegro 99 Brian Brown F 5-11 165 24 Jamaica 26 Elliott Hord D 5-10 175 -- USA 7 GK: Goalkeeper D: Defender M: Midfielder F : Forward GK: Goalkeeper D: Defender M: Midfielder F : Forward WESTERN CONFERENCE STANDINGS 8 CONFERENCE STANDINGS 10 TEAM Brian Brown / 99 / Forward Brown, 24, played for Major League Soccer club Philadelphia Union in 2014.
