Voter Registration Cutoff Dates: 08/13/2012 New Registrants 09/07/2012 Transfer registration from another county within the state Early Voting: Voters can vote early at the Pulaski County Regional Building September 4th – September 10th from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Early voting will not be open on the weekend. Early Voting will not be open on Election Day, voters must vote at their assigned polling location. Election Day Polling Location Address Changes and Name Changes after the 2010 General Election: Temporary Polling Location - precinct 63 voters will be combined with precinct 77/78 voters at The Church at Rock Creek ,11500 W 36th Street, Little Rock , due to the number of eligible voters. Temporary Change - precinct 83 voters will vote at Iglesia Bautista “NUEVA JERUSALEN”, 9400 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock (previously voted at David O. Dodd Elementary School). Permanent Change - precinct 80 voters will vote at Henderson United Methodist Church, 13000 W. Baseline, Little Rock (previously voted at Otter Creek Racquet Club). Permanent Change – precinct 100 voters will vote at Western Hills United Methodist Church at 4601 Western Hills Avenue, Little Rock (previously voted at Body of Christ Worship Center). Permanent Change – precinct 111 voters will vote at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, 4823 Woodlawn Drive, Little Rock (previously voted a Hall High School).     Pulaski Heights 1 Route 1 is a radial route that serves downtown Little Rock west to Cantrell Rd and Mississippi Ave. Route 1 provides connections to several trip generators, including the State Capitol, Pulaski Heights Middle School, Arkansas Schools for the Deaf and Blind, Mount St. Mary’s Academy, Forest Park Elementary, Heights Shopping District, and the Amtrak station in downtown Little Rock. SERVICE PATTERNS: All service operates end to end from River Cities Travel Center to Keightley Dr and Cantrell Rd primarily along 3rd St, Markham St, Kavanaugh Blvd, and Cantrell Rd. GENERAL The City of Little Rock (“City”) seeks qualified bid proposals for Plexar, Centrex or equivalent phone service for designated City facilities. Options should be provided for a three (3) year contract. II. QUALIFICATIONS Each bidder’s past performance will be evaluated to determine its ability to provide the needed service. Bidders must provide at least three (3) reference accounts for Plexar, Centrex or equivalent phone service in the United States. These reference accounts must have been active for at least one (1) year but should not be more than three (3) years old. For each account, bidders must identify the contact person’s name, e-mail address and telephone number. The City reserves the right to obtain additional information about the bidder’s past performance and ability to meet the City’s specifications. III. PROPOSALS AND PRICING The bidder’s proposal shall include the bidder’s qualifications and the bidder’s proposed solution for the requested phone service. The proposal also must include a cover letter signed by the bidder’s authorized signatory. The proposal must not include pricing information.
