Міністерство Фінансів України Наказ 26.11.2019 № 495 Про МІНІСТЕРСТВО ФІНАНСІВ УКРАЇНИ НАКАЗ 26.11.2019 № 495 Про затвердження Класифікатора Державної митної служби України, її територіальних органів та їх структурних підрозділів Відповідно до статті 454 Митного кодексу України НАКАЗУЮ: 1. Затвердити Класифікатор Державної митної служби України, її територіальних органів та їх структурних підрозділів, що додається. 2. Державній митній службі України: в установленому порядку забезпечити оприлюднення цього наказу; доопрацювати програмне забезпечення з урахуванням положень цього наказу. 3. Цей наказ набирає чинності з 07 грудня 2019 року. 4. Контроль за виконанням цього наказу залишаю за собою та покладаю на Голову Державної митної служби України Нефьодова М.Є. Міністр О.     Kiev 1941 In just four weeks in the summer of 1941 the German Wehrmacht wrought unprecedented destruction on four Soviet armies, conquering central Ukraine and killing or capturing three-quarters of a million men. This was the battle of Kiev – one of the largest and most decisive battles of World War II and, for Hitler and Stalin, a battle of crucial importance. For the first time, David Stahel charts the battle’s dramatic course and after- math, uncovering the irreplaceable losses suffered by Germany’s ‘panzer groups’ despite their battlefield gains, and the implications of these losses for the German war effort. He illuminates the inner workings of the German army as well as the experiences of ordinary soldiers, showing that with the Russian winter looming and Soviet resistance still unbroken, victory came at huge cost and confirmed the turning point in Germany’s war in the east.     EMERGENCY LEGAL AID TO COUNTER COVID-19 ANALYTICAL REPORT based on the results of the project КYIV 2020 This report presents the results of the analysis of legal aid provided by specialized civil society organizations - members of the Legal Development Network - during the quarantine restrictions established by the Government of Ukraine in response to the spread of acute respiratory syndrome COVID-19 (from March 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020). The document also contains conclusions on the prevalence of legal issues in this period, recommendations and suggestions for central executive bodies and local authorities on possible ways to address these issues, in particular to improve existing information exchange mechanisms between governmental and non-governmental legal aid providers. Makarenko, Romenska st., 87, Sumy, 40002, Ukraine INDUSTRIAL TOURISM IN SUMY REGION: RESOURCES AND PERSPECTIVES The essence of industrial tourism as well as the volume of terms “production tourism” and “industrial tourism” are consid- ered. The regional features of the clustering process of the tourism services market are studies and the ways of its intensification are demonstrated. The sectoral and territorial structure of the industrial tourism in the Sumy region is characterized. In the context of industrial tourism, the Sumy region is a diversified complex that combines large-sized and medium-sized industrial enterprises which are specialized in extraction of energy resources, the development of machinery, the chemical and petrochemical industry, and the processing of agricultural products. Taking into account the geographical peculiarities, six industrial tourism clusters (ITCs) are se- lected in the area of the Sumy region, i.e. territorial combinations of industrial, agricultural, transport or service enterprises that have a tourist attraction and conduct excursions to their production sites.

    - 1 - 1 Daily Report 307/2020 28 December 20201 Summary Between the evenings of 23 and 27 December, the SMM recorded 130 ceasefire violations in Donetsk region. In the previous reporting period, it recorded 41 ceasefire violations in the region. Between the evenings of 23 and 27 December, the SMM recorded 37 ceasefire violations in Luhansk region. In the previous reporting period, it recorded seven ceasefire violations in the region. The Mission continued monitoring the disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske. Inside the latter two areas, SMM long-range and mini-unmanned aerial vehicles spotted people during daytime hours. The Mission facilitated and monitored adherence to localised ceasefires to enable construction and repairs to critical civilian infrastructure. The SMM continued following up on the situation of civilians, including at two entry- exit checkpoints and corresponding checkpoints of the armed formations in Donetsk region and at three entry-exit checkpoints and corresponding checkpoints of the armed formations in Luhansk region. The Mission visited two border crossing points in Donetsk region and one in Luhansk region, and monitored areas close to the border with the Russian Federation outside government control in Donetsk region. The SMM observed a calm situation in southern Kherson region. The Mission’s freedom of movement continued to be restricted, including at two checkpoints of the armed formations near Shevchenko and Zaichenko, Donetsk region.* 1 Based on information from the Monitoring Teams as of 19:30, 27 December 2020.
