Based in Berlin, Germany, Agnès Bizzaro is a consultant for series and films, and works with broadcasters as well as with producers. She has been collaborating since many years with Cartoon, a.o. as the tutor of the Coaching Programme for students. She is Content Director of Cartoon Springboard, a great pitching event dedicated to young talents with an animation project. The 7th edition will take place in Valencia, Spain (26-28 October 2021).

Audrey BRUGÈRE CANAL+ France

Director of Canal+’s youth division since 2017, Audrey Brugère has also been appointed Director of the Foreign Series Programme Unit. She reports to Jean-Marc Juramie, Deputy Managing Director of Antennes and Programmes. In this position, she is in charge of series editorial for the Canal+ Group’s channels and services, with the exception of original creations. A graduate of HEC, Audrey Brugère began her career as a consultant with the strategy consulting firm Bain & Company. Louis Cacciuttolo is the founder of VRrOOm and is responsible for its sales and strategic partnerships. Louis worked in the US and China as Vice President of THX, a George Lucas company specializing in film technology, where he revitalized the brand and directed various music videos. He was the owner of the Théâtre du Minotaure in Béziers between 1999 and 2020. Linda Di Pietro (1978), cultural manager. Located within the ex- Ansaldo complex, one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Europe. Marc Goodchild joined Warner Media in January 2017 as Head of Digital Content Strategy & Product. In this role, he is responsible for the overall content strategy and digital content vision for Warner Media, working in close collaboration with all regional content and digital teams. He also leads the Warner Media Central Digital Team and provides support and editorial guidance to the local heads of digital, alongside the central research, commercial, advertising sales, marketing, PR and franchise management teams. Solveig is a founder, executive and investor who has focused on the creation and distribution of cinematic intellectual properties. Since founding Sola Media in 2004 Solveig has built a robust filmography of projects taking many all the way from concept through script development, casting, production and on to successful distribution world wide and currently has more than 10 projects in the “pipeline” for 2021 through 2023. Koch Films in Munich acquired 100% of the Sola Media in the fall of 2020 and Solveig will continue to run the company. Marika Makaroff is an award-winning content creator, producer and creative director hailing from Finland. Makaroff has created multiple entertainment formats and produced some of the most iconic TV shows of recent times, including “The Apprentice”, “’ Den”, “Idols”, “Talent”, “Top Model” and “X Factor”. Makaroff has also produced high- quality drama and sold content to over 70 countries. In 2011 she won the prestigious Silver One Show Award for branded content for her format “Buy This”. Vicky Schroderus is Acquisitions Executive for YLE Television, the Finnish Broadcasting Company. She has overall responsibility for acquiring more than 60% of the 1000 hours transmitted annually of children’s programmes on YLE2, Finland’s leading children’s channel. In addition Vicky oversees all aspects from legal, dubbing to scheduling. Vicky joined YLE in 1997 and, before her current role, acquired non-English fiction, music and extreme sports. Prior to joining YLE, Vicky earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Turku School of Economics. She started her career at the market research department at Schweitzerische Mobiliar in Switzerland and also held positions in Germany and India.

As Head of Children’s Content, she was responsible for the co-production and acquisition of new series across all platforms. Before her time at Super RTL, Janine worked at Nickelodeon for 9 years, with her last position leading the Acquisitions & Development strategies for Northern Europe.

Adam WOODGATE Dubit United Kingdom

Adam has 30 years media, marketing and insight, 15 years of which was spent in senior operational roles. Initially working with programme teams and audience research for London Weekend Television. Then moved into creating content and senior programming roles for broadcasters. In 2001 he became Group Head of Research for Emap’s (now Bauer) broadcast properties. Following a period of time spent with Guardian Media Group, he went on to work for BBC Worldwide (now BBC Studios). He joined Dubit in 2013 bringing his knowledge of programming, content creation and media research to the many client projects he’s managed. With over 20 years’ experience in the licensing and kids entertainment business, Cristina has a background in marketing, public relations, communication, sales, and business development. Tasked by BolognaFiere to build a brand new entertainment and licensing section, she was instrumental in launching the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair in 2008, Italy’s only Italian licensing event, and one of the major meetings in Europe. Taking place in conjunction with the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, the trade show has become a reference point for kids licensing with international key players. Following her expertise in building trade publications, Cristina is now editor-in-chief, on behalf of Bm srl, of Licensing Magazine, a leading b2b publication in digital and paper format distributed all over the world. She is also a consultant on several animation projects to be launched as brand-new IPs on the market, following every step – from concept through financing to the final marketing strategy and launch – supporting companies to build business networks. She debuted her career in 2000 in Rai, the Italian Public Broadcaster, where she worked for almost 10 years in different departments: acquisitions and TV special projects for the kids’ channel, RaiSat Ragazzi; business development at RaiTrade (today RaiCom), and organization as coordinator of Cartoons on the Bay, a major European Animation Festival. Nevina Satta is the CEO of Sardegna Film Commission and General Secretary of the European Film Commissions Network EUFCN. She served for years as Vice-President of the Italian Film Commission Association (IFC) and as Board Member of CineRegio, the Eu network of regional funds dedicated to the audiovisual industry, promoting initiatives and advocating for a sustainable cinema and new strategies for the development of unique alliances within the public institutions and the creative industries. She is now also board member of the British Council Italy Cultural Advisory Board. Born in Sardinia, she got her Philosophy degree and Cultural- Media Studies and Visual Anthropology PhD in Milan, where she began her career as filmmaker and producer. Before returning to her homeland after twenty years, she was based in Los Angeles and Milan, developing and producing narrative features and documentaries. Professor of Film Producing and Directing in various EU Universities, she also worked as consultant of International Film Festivals and as architect of training initiatives (including Locarno Film Summer School for 20 years and African Asian Latin American Film Festival of Milan). She has founded with her husband the Unicef-endorsed NGO Traveling Film School. She’s specialising on sustainability in the creative industries and she is developing new models for the audiovisual industry, funds & institutions.
