ODU leads the series 22-15. The Monarchs defeated the Seahawks, 21, 79-65 in the Constant Center. The Tigers Gary Neal scored 30 points 86-70 back on Jan. 27 in Wilmington. It was ODU’s fourth straight with seven rebounds and and 12-14 free throw shooting to become win at Trask. The Monarchs were led by 27 points from Brandon the first player to score 30 on ODU Dominic Mejia’s 34 of last season. Johnson along with eight rebounds and Arnaud Dahi scored 20. Arnaud Dahi led ODU with 12 points and 13 rebounds, while Valdas ODU outscored the Seahawks, 55-35 in the second half. Vasylius added 16 points and seven boards, Brandon Johnson with 12 and five steals. Towson outrebounded ODU, 47-41. Towson’s only win over ODU was a 67-56 win in 2001-02 in the ODU fieldhouse. Drew Williamson scored a career high 20 1. NBA All-Star points and Valdas Vasylius added 16 points and eight rebounds.
