Much of the work of help- ing our citizens and economy heal from the Coronavirus will fall to Texas cities and city officials. But we are prepared to do that work. Every hour of training about emergency management received, every economic development workshop attended, and so much more that we’ve done to prepare will serve us well in the time ahead. We didn’t just become the city leaders who will help guide us through this crisis, we taught ourselves and each other to become those leaders.
