Jagorani Chakra Foundation Overview Jagorani Chakra Foundation is now operating different programmes in 32 districts - Jessore, Jhenaidah, Narail, Magura, Kushtia, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira, Pirojpur, Barishal, Patuakhali, Jhalokhati, Barguna, Dhaka, Faridpur, Rajbari, Gopalgonj, Madaripur, Sharyatpur, Manikgonj, Tangail, Rajshahi, Natore, Pabna, Chapainowabgonj, Sirajgonj, Rangpur, Comilla, Chandpur and Feni. Programmes are at present reaching a total of 171 upazilas, 1,857 unions and 15,072 villages with 9,34,622 direct beneficiaries. The Organisation's head office is in Jessore town and there are 390 offices throughout the country with a total staff of 4,630. Our mother country has achieved a lot to reach the MDGs and it was a long journey and coordinated effort of NGOs and Government of People's Republic of Bangladesh to attain the targets. I am happy to present the annual report for 2014-2015 of Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) where you will get the endeavours aligned with MDGs and the gaps need to be solved immediately. I hope this report will be a proof of all the achievements and struggle of JCF in the past one year. This will also help us to find out the way towards sustainable development. I strongly believe that the achievements of JCF are the combined efforts and active participation of our General Body Message and Executive Board Members and dedicated staffs.
