GREAT NEWS: The hourly cost of adult and childcare through Care.com Back-up care is now only $7.50/hour! Once the care is complete and the hours have been confirmed, your credit card will be charged for your hourly co- payment. There is no longer a need to submit for reimbursement and you don’t need to exchange any payment with the caregiver! You may use up to a combined total of 15 days of backup child care and adult care per year (October 1 through September 30).

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Fitness
Belong to your health club and been a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts member for at least four months in a calendar year. There is a $150.00 refund from Blue Cross per calendar year.

Blood Donation Center
Located at 333 Longwood Avenue on the first floor across from the elevators. Please remember to bring a photo ID. Employees who donate can either be entered in a raffle or receive a t-shirt.

Group Legal Assistance
The Hyatt Legal Plan provides participants with a wide range of personal legal services. If you use a network attorney, the attorney fees will be fully covered by the legal plan. Parking and Transportation
Boston Children’s Hospital employees who choose to take public transportation are eligible to receive a 50 percent subsidy on all MBTA passes.

Parking
Employees may purchase discounted parking in a garage located near the hospital. Both monthly parking and daily parking is available.
