BATTEY, JR. NIDCD The National Institutes on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) is one of 27 Institutes and Centers that comprise the National Institutes of Health. This presentation will highlight research progress in the seven mission areas relevant to the Institute: hearing, balance, smell, taste, voice, speech, and language.
