Acquisition Information Gift of Albert Wolsky, 2009 Biography Albert Wolsky is a French-born costume designer active in film since the 1960s. He was born in Paris and graduated from City College in New York. After a brief stint in the travel industry, Wolsky began working for costume designer Helene Pons on the Broadway production of "Camelot" in 1960. Wolsky's first film credit was the 1968 production THE HEART IS A LONELY HUNTER. He has been nominated for seven and received two for his work on ALL THAT JAZZ (1979) and (1991).
