Should the contracted rates contained in this Agreement be sold to clients and not through authorized travel companies, the contract herein will be declared null and void.
It is understood and agreed that the Hotel will not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement in case of labor dispute, or any functions, events, or other causes beyond the hotel’s control.
