The purpose of this research is to measure efficiency level of sharia banking in Malaysia and Indonesia countries and to analyse the factors affecting the level of efficiency of sharia banking for both countries. This research uses DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method in order to test the assumptions of Variable Return to Scale (VRS), and uses Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Mann Whitney U- Test in order to test normality, and uses regression dummy variable of the data from the first quarter of 2011 until the fourth quarter of 2014. The research shows overall level of efficiency of sharia banking in Malaysia and Indonesia countries are fluctuating. Based on result, sharia banking in Indonesia more efficient than sharia banking in Malaysia; however, there is no significant differences among them. The reasons of this inefficiency are deposits, total financing, fixed asset, and personnel cost. However, operational income is the most efficient variable for both countries. Analysis of Low Realization For Mudharabah Financing at Muamalat Indonesia Bank, Banda Aceh Arinal Rahmati1, Deni Mulyadi1, Januddin1 1Specialised Colleges of Syaria'ah Ummul Ayman Science in Pidie Jaya [email protected] Abstract: This study aims to determine the causes of low realization of mudharabah financing at Muamalat Indonesia Bank, Banda Aceh Branch. This research is expected to be a framework or model for other Islamic banks that have the same problem. Data for this study are collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. This research uses descriptive analysis method and the results of the data obtained are analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the minimum factor of realization of mudharabah financing is caused by the bank's difficulty in obtaining the income statement accurately, transparently and routinely. In addition, mudharabah products are very vulnerable to the occurrence of moral hazard from business actors (mudharib) who tend to maximize profits resulting in reduced returns to the bank as shahibul mall. Then other factors are also influenced by the ineffectiveness of the profit-sharing financing model relating to entrepreneurs and the lack of interest in the scheme of profit sharing in business activities. The objective of this study is providing risk rating of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. Islamic banks should be comply with regulations because Sharia compliance is the ultimate goal. In practice, Islamic bank customers question whether Islamic banks apply sharia principles well. However, there is no definite modeling to describe the sharia compliance. The research method of this study is descriptive quantitative which used scorecard model to score the Islamic Bank’s compliance. The sample of this study is five Indonesia Islamic Bank and five Malaysia Islamic Bank. The result shows that Islamic Banks in Indonesia have satisfactory compliance rating while Islamic Banks in Malaysia mostly have high compliance rating. The contribution is providing risk rating of the Islamic Bank. The risk rating is useful to inform the customer and bank management about the compliance and risk that Islamic Bank faces. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek studi kasus adalah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, milik Pemerintah yang memiliki nilai asset sebesar 1.017 Triliun Rupiah, dengan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, milik Swasta Nasional dengan nilai asset sebesar 783 Triliun Rupiah. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan maka diperoleh hasil Secara Keseluruhan baik Bank PT BCA Tbk, maupun Bank PT BRI (Persero) Tbk, keduanya dapat dikatagorikan sebagai Bank yang sehat, walaupun nilai LDR, NPL, ROE dan BOPO dari PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, lebih besar dibandingkan dengan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, dan nilai ROA dan CAR dari PT BCA, Tbk lebih besar dibandingkan dengan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kata kunci: Aktiva Produktif, CAMEL, Likuiditas, Rentabilitas Abstract This research was motivated by questions regarding the comparison of the financial performance of state- owned banks and the national private. BAB II KONDISI OBJEKTIF LOKASI PENELITIAN A. Lokasi Bank Cimb Niaga Syariah PT Bank CIMB Niaga adalah Bank terbesar kelima dari segi asset, dana masyarakat, kredit dan jumlah jaringan cabang. Diakui prestasi dan keunggulannya dibidang pelayanan nasabah dan pengembangan management. Saat ini mayoritas saham Bank CIMB Niaga merupakan bank pembayar (payment bank) KSEI terbesar dari nilai transaksi, dan dengan pangsa pasar 11%, Bank CIMB Niaga berkantor pusat di Jakarta, Indonesia. dan saat ini Bank CIMB Niaga memiliki banyak sekali cabang-cabang yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia. Sebagai hasilnya, Bank Niaga dikenal luas sebagai penyedia produk dan layanan berkualitas yang terpercaya.
