Dear Councillor You are hereby summonsed to attend a meeting of Fangfoss with Bolton Parish Council. Due to current Government guidelines regarding COVID 19 the meeting will be held remotely at 7.00pm on Wednesday 20th January 2020.

Prior to the commencement of the Agenda, an open forum of up to 15 minutes (7.00pm – 7.15pm) will be held where members of the public and press can ask questions or make statements. After the commencement of the Agenda there will be no opportunity for public participation.
