The organization of ECA Canoe Marathon EUROPEAN Championship 2019 take place in July has the pleasure to present you the 2nd bulletin, with updated information about this major event. Prior the Championships (25/28 July will be held the Masters European Cup. There will be a separate bulletin for the masters, see for information website https:// cemcd2019.wixsite.com/cemcd19

The organization committee decided to set up several concerts throught the week (in the evening), free for all. You can find below the schedule of the planned concerts

Exhibitor park

The organizing committee has also planned an exhibition park in which different local actors can showcase their knowledge and products. 10

Accommodation and meals: There will be about 300 beds in hotels in Decize, Nevers and Magny-cours. Breakfast will be available in the hotels. Lunch & dinner will be available on the competition site at the unit price of 12 €, they will consist of : Entrance, Dish, Cheese, Dessert, Bread, Coffee (we will also offer 2 kinds of raw vegetables and 1 hot vegetable self-service with each meal in addition to the proposed menus).

Camping site will also be available - in the vicinity of the course, on the other side of the river.

Insurance All participants are strongly advides to have appropriate medical insurance policy from their respective countries. Security The security service for The Canoe Marathon Championships will work from sunday July 21 to Sunday July 28. This device will guarantee the security in all areas and facilities of the event. Medical services A medical service will be available at the Regatta Course, and will have all necessary equipment to care for all possible emergencies : first aid equipment, ambulance, from July 22 to July 28 to everyone requiring medical assistance. Boat Rental The official rental service for this event will be in NELORENTAL.COM : http://www.nelorental.com/events/2019-canoe-marathon-european-championships Visa Team members coming from som countries, need to obtain a Visa to enter France, upon corresponding request, they will receive a confirmation letter from the France Canoe Federation, once their participation is confirmed.
