This is the molecule that we extract, purify and offer within a product that, according to our forecasts, will soon find an important place in the international market. Our target is the person who tries both to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and stress and improve mood and reduce any chronic and generalized inflammation. It is no coincidence that one of the most interesting areas of application is sports, where this substance is accepted, since it is not considered doping. There is a large market - we’re talking of millions of euros - which began in 2016 from a regulatory gap, with the introduction of the cultivation of industrial hemp, which was completely legalized, albeit not for human consumption. If the product is not regulated, even though it is not illegal, I am buying something whose quality, efficacy and hygiene no one guarantees. Precisely for this reason, our corporate strategy is to aim for the highest quality, the maximum compliance with regulations. We have thus managed to place ourselves in the highest end of the market for this type of product. Italy was once a leader in the cultivation of hemp to manufacture fabrics and materials like ropes, starting from the by-products of this plant. Today this plant has been rediscovered thanks to the presence of an active ingredient that is not a narcotic, but is able to treat a whole series of medical conditions ranging from epilepsy to anxiety and depressive disorders. There are also studies on autism and other minor ailments, such as work stress or performance anxiety, and on its use in sports, as well as in situations of generalized inflammation, which in clinical studies CBD has shown a significant efficacy, with a very high safety profile.
