Direct mail letters with specifications and pictures are sent to owners and operators of all potential upgrade possibilities. With your prior permission, direct calls, mail and brochures will be sent to all procurement agencies for governments throughout the world. A one page brief specification is sent to all Part 135 Charter Operators. Telephone Marketing: Freestream firmly believes that our 300 per day outgoing calls distinguishes us from any other company. Our team markets your airplane by explaining the attributes through a one-on-one basis. Transaction Approach Client Feedback: Freestream will immediately communicate any written offers for the airplane and provide a counter agreement as it pertains to price and terms. Freestream will provide a weekly letter summarizing marketing efforts, responses and a market update. All offers will be presented in writing. Each will include a deposit and date of closing. Freestream will assist you in determining which offer best suits a timely transaction with the least exposure. Contact all aircraft owners to seek out other potential aircraft not currently for sale on the open market. Screen: Full specifications, photographs, maintenance information and interior layout will be presented upon receipt of complete information for your perusal in print and via e-mail for the two (2) best values on the market. Logbook review and visual inspection to be completed at the home base of each aircraft. Inspections to be completed by John Shrout, Paul Sauer, Lawrence Fletcher, Terry Selman or a mutually agreeable Private Inspector. A written report shall be provided detailing additional costs to upgrade the aircraft and digital pictures depicting interior details will be provided within 24 hours of inspection. Deposit: Escrow account opened with Kirk Woford or Joan Roberts at Insured Aircraft Title Services, Inc. LOI: Offers to Purchase and subsequent Counter-Offers or Letters of Intent drafted (with an aviation specific attorney at your discretion) and subsequently submitted to the Seller on your behalf. Inspect: Pre-Buy Inspection slot will be secured with a Factory Authorized Service Center. Pre-Purchase Inspection attended by mutually agreeable Freestream Aircraft USA Ltd. representative or certified maintenance technician. Structure: Protecting you and your company’s exposure and net worth while complying with IRS and FAA regulations is considered when determining the what, where, and how the entity takes title to the airplane.
