Marketing Approach Presentation Package: Freestream will prepare a specification sheet that highlights the strengths of the airplane relative to the rest of the marketplace. Freestream will provide specifications, floor plan, maintenance information, pictures and a sample LOI to interested parties. Our in-house designer selects the most turnkey attributes of your airplane to reflect upon its excellent pedigree including photo selection and custom ad design for a polished presentation. Direct mail letters with specifications and pictures are sent to owners and operators of all potential upgrade possibilities. With your prior permission, direct calls, mail and brochures will be sent to all procurement agencies for governments throughout the world. A one page brief specification is sent to all Part 135 Charter Operators. Telephone Marketing: Freestream firmly believes that our 300 per day outgoing calls distinguishes us from any other company. Our team markets your airplane by explaining the attributes through a one-on-one basis.
Transaction Approach Client Feedback: Freestream will immediately communicate any written offers for the airplane and provide a counter agreement as it pertains to price and terms. Freestream will provide a weekly letter summarizing marketing efforts, responses and a market update. All offers will be presented in writing. Each will include a deposit and date of closing. Freestream will assist you in determining which offer best suits a timely transaction with the least exposure. Freestream is capable of purchasing the airplane at the end of the term specified in the Aircraft Marketing Agreement should the client decide to divest at this point rather than renew the term.

Acquisition Services Identify: Provide a detailed review of the aircraft market on a bi-weekly basis. Contact all aircraft owners to seek out other potential aircraft not currently for sale on the open market. Screen: Full specifications, photographs, maintenance information and interior layout will be presented upon receipt of complete information for your perusal in print and via e-mail for the two (2) best values on the market. Logbook review and visual inspection to be completed at the home base of each aircraft. Inspections to be completed by John Shrout, Paul Sauer, Lawrence Fletcher, Terry Selman or a mutually agreeable Private Inspector. A written report shall be provided detailing additional costs to upgrade the aircraft and digital pictures depicting interior details will be provided within 24 hours of inspection. Deposit: Escrow account opened with Kirk Woford or Joan Roberts at Insured Aircraft Title Services, Inc. LOI: Offers to Purchase and subsequent Counter-Offers or Letters of Intent drafted (with an aviation specific attorney at your discretion) and subsequently submitted to the Seller on your behalf. Inspect: Pre-Buy Inspection slot will be secured with a Factory Authorized Service Center. Pre-Purchase Inspection attended by mutually agreeable Freestream Aircraft USA Ltd. representative or certified maintenance technician. Structure: Protecting you and your company’s exposure and net worth while complying with IRS and FAA regulations is considered when determining the what, where, and how the entity takes title to the airplane. Whether the aircraft is operated Part 91 (private) or Part 135 (commercial) and where the aircraft is physically based drives the decision making process at this point. We will act as a guide and direct you to the appropriate counsel if it is required to set up the correct form of ownership. Close: All closing documentation for the FAA, EASA and Escrow prepared and submitted on your behalf. All pertinent licensing and service contracts will be transferred to your account. Rebecca Posoli-Cilli, President & COO [email protected] Rebecca has completed more than 375 transactions over the span of her twenty years in corporate aviation. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Business Administration, she accepted a position as the head of the Research department for a large aircraft brokerage firm where she assisted in more than 100 transactions. In 2007 Rebecca founded Freestream Aircraft USA Ltd. based in Teterboro, NJ. During 2010, her team managed over USD 1.3 billion in aircraft sales, aircraft appraisals and charter services. As a leader in this industry, she has constructed a 24/7 team speaking seven languages conducting over 25 cross-border transactions per year. Freestream was named exclusive broker to Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse and Bank of America.
Valeriu Harcovei, Founder and Managing Director, Condor Aviation [email protected] Valeriu Harcovei, founder and Managing Director of Condor Aviation, has been involved in the aviation industry for over twelve years. Most recently he was with Carpatair, a regional airline, where he has held various senior management positions as Vice-President Legal Affairs, Vice-President Fleet Management and the Accountable Manager for Part 145 Maintenance Organization. During the course of his career, Valeriu was involved in aircraft planning, evaluation and selection process. He has sold or leased over 50 commercial and business aircraft. Valeriu’s strong contract negotiation expertise in lease, sale and purchase transactions, his significant knowledge in management and the business environment, along with his responsiveness, openness and respect, add value and foster client relationships making all the difference for his customers. Valeriu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from United Kingdom Open University and a degree in law from University of Bucharest.
Connie C. Marrero, Executive Vice President [email protected] Connie began her aviation career in 2001 as Executive and Marketing Assistant for a large aircraft brokerage firm. She oversaw the research of a wide range of business jet makes and models in worldwide markets, including Citations, Hawkers, Falcons, and Gulfstreams and other heavy jets. After a successfully closing an extensive array of business jet transactions in 2005 and 2006, Connie joined Freestream Aircraft USA Ltd. as First Vice President in 2007. Averaging twenty business jet sale and acquisition transactions annually, Connie’s Spanish bilinguality has proven to be a valuable tool in facilitating South American transactions.
Jeremy Stumpf, Vice President [email protected] Jeremy was appointed Vice President for Freestream in Teterboro in September 2007, responsible for valuing aircraft and tracking market changes. He began his aviation career in 1999 with Dassault Aircraft Services as a customer service and sales representative, acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience in aviation maintenance and operations. Jeremy then joined a large US resale brokerage as an aviation market research analyst, and was quickly promoted to aircraft sales representative. He has closed more than 25 transactions during his three years at Freestream. Jeremy attended Colorado State University, majoring in Business Administration.
Lana Mundson, Vice President, Eastern Europe [email protected] Lana joined Freestream Aircraft USA’s sales division in 2008. She graduated with an MS in Computer Science from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. Lana relocated to the US in 2002, and began her aviation career in 2005 working with Aircraft Marketing Ltd. Lana’s responsibilities included advertising and marketing, sales management, former USSR markets and market research. Based in Las Vegas, Lana is fluent in Russian and has a vast base of contacts developed while working the Eastern Europe and Russian markets. She recently completed her 2nd transaction in Russia and listed her 4th aircraft.

Jeanne-Marie Durkin, Director, Aircraft Sales [email protected] Jeanne-Marie joined Freestream in 2009 as Director, Office Management after a twenty-plus year career on Wall Street. She graduated from Manhattan College with a dual BS in Finance & Computer Information Systems. Jeanne-Marie joined Merrill Lynch in 1990 as a debt markets analyst, settling cross-currency and interest rate swaps. .At Merrill Lynch Jeanne- Marie worked closely with sales, trading, legal and credit teams on derivative transactions, managing trade support and
global data quality teams, as well as project analysis work, software implementation and data validation for various industry initiatives. Jeanne-Marie helped redesign our website and she now focuses her efforts on marketing and sales.
Don Berry, Director, Corporate Aviation [email protected] Don joined Freestream in 2010 after a thirty-year career in finance and banking in the Northeast. From 2002 through 2009 he was a Director of Aircraft Finance for Wachovia Bank, where he assisted Freestream clients and prospects in securing aircraft acquisition financing, as well as referring bank clients to Freestream for aircraft acquisition and disposition. Don will be presenting Freestream’s competitive advantages to his previous clients and contacts, as well as placing his extensive knowledge of finance at the disposal of our current clients. Debi Costantino, Travel Coordinator [email protected] Debi was employed by Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., for over 14 years supporting senior level executive teams by managing day-to-day projects, which included the organization and execution of corporate events, travel arrangements and the coordination of daily appointments for the President and CFO. Debi joined Freestream Aircraft USA, Ltd. in December 2009 as an executive assistant to the President and COO coordinating daily projects.
