Computer Science and Deputy Electoral Commissioner Software Engineering Please note schedule is subject to change ∗ Reporting date amended by the Legislative Assembly on 22 March 2011 from 30 June 2011 to 30 June 2012 COMMITTEE INQUIRY PROCESS The Committee investigatory process falls into five distinct phases: 1. The Committee advertises its Terms of Reference and calls for submissions. 2. The Committee gathers information, including fact and opinion found in submissions and presented in public hearings. 3. The Committee considers the arguments, evidence and data it has gathered. Findings and recommendations are agreed upon. 4. The Committee tables a report, including its recommendations, in the Parliament. Electoral Matters Committee 5. The Minister who initiated the Inquiry or who has portfolio responsibility for the matter addressed by the inquiry replies to the Committee’s recommendations. The Minister has six months from the date of the report being tabled in which to reply. The Minister can accept, reject, modify or adapt the Committee’s Inquiry into the Conduct of the 2010 Victorian recommendations. State Election and Matters Related Thereto The Electoral Matters Committee does not have legislative or regulatory powers. The Committee makes recommendations. It is the Minister’s responsibility to address the Committee’s recommendations or findings. With COVID-19 now apparently under a measure of control, it is urgent that the Andrews Labor Government puts in place a clear plan that enables us to take back our Michael O’Brien MP lives and rebuild our local communities. Liberal Leader Many hard lessons have been learnt from the virus outbreak; we now need to take action to deal with these shortcomings, such as our relative lack of local manufacturing capacity. The Liberals and Nationals have worked constructively during the virus pandemic to provide positive suggestions, and to hold the Andrews Government to account for its actions. In that same constructive manner we have prepared this Plan: our positive suggestions about what we believe should be the key priorities for the Government in the recovery phase. This is not a plan for the next election; Victorians can’t afford to wait that long. This is our Plan for immediate action by the Andrews Labor Government so that Victoria can rebuild from the damage done by COVID-19 to our jobs, our communities and our lives. These suggestions are necessarily bold and ambitious, because we don’t believe that business as usual is going to be enough to secure our recovery.

    MAY-JUNE 2016 Life Hike 2016 Our annual Life Hike was held in The Grampians on 26-28 May 2016 and completed by a group of keen walkers. The three day hike wove through magnificent scenery which varied from rock-climbing, walking on dirt tracks and climbing to the peak of The Pinnacles.
