Fusion Partners Spleen cells from BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the Sp2/0 myeloma cell line.
Specificity Mouse anti Human FNDC3A, clone 2H4 recognizes human Fibronectin type-III domain- containing protein 3A, also known as FNDC3A, HUGO or Human gene expressed in odontoblasts. FNDC3A is a 1198 amino acid ~ 132 kDa single pass golgi-membrane associated protein containing multiple Fibronectin type-III domains involved in spermatid-sertoli adhesion during spermatogenesis. FNDc3A is also expressed in odontoblasts where it may play a role in collagen or glycosaminoglycan synthesis (Carrouel et al. 2008). Two isofoms may be created by alternative promotor usage. Mouse anti Human FNDC3A, clone 2H4 is expected to recognize both isoforms of the FNDC3A protein.
Storage Store at -20oC only. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
