KPR Family Rafting Trips

Kalispell Parks & Recreation and the Glacier Raft Company are partnering to give the Kalispell community a great opportunity to try a half-day rafting experience at a greatly reduced rate ($20 off their advertised adult rate and $10 off their child rate). And whether you are seeking adventure or prefer a more scenic float, we have a trip for you.

Registrations can be emailed to the address above and payment taken over the phone once we have re- ceived the completed form. Registrations can be mailed to P.O. Half-Day Whitewater (minimum age of 5 years old) The half-day Glacier National Park white water rafting trip offers the perfect opportunity to get a taste of adrenaline while sampling phenomenal views into Glacier National Park without having to commit your whole day. The 2 ½ hour trip takes place on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River and begins amongst the eye-popping vistas of Nyack Flats before flowing through the exhilarating whitewater of John Stevens Canyon.

Half Day Scenic Float (minimum age of 2 years old) Our Flathead River rafting scenic tour gives you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the spec- tacular beauty of Glacier National Park and the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Aboard this 2-3 hour trip an experienced guide will share interpretive information and history of the area while escort- ing you down one of the most pristine watersheds in the world. Scenic floats are ideal for those looking for a restful, rejuvenating river experience. They’re also a great option for families with small chil- dren or individuals looking for a trip that doesn’t require much physical effort. Some paddling is nec- essary, but these floats are anything but strenuous.
