As one of the original “Billy’s” in BILLY ELLIOT, Dean has been working from a young age but it was HBO's hit series GAME OF THRONES, playing the ill-fated King Tommen Baratheon that first gave him international notice. Other credits include Rowan Joffe's BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP with Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth and Mark Strong, E4's critically acclaimed series, GLUE and the lead in the independent feature, HERE ARE THE YOUNG MEN.
